    To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services.
    • Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
    • Resell or redistribute the Services without prior written consent from PhoneTap.ai.

    The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PhoneTap.ai does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PhoneTap.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PhoneTap.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

    PhoneTap.ai may offer SMS/text messaging services for service notifications, account updates, appointment reminders, and promotional communications. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

    • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from PhoneTap.ai. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
    • Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at support@phonetap.ai.
    • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
    • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
    • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PhoneTap.ai is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier network issues.
    • Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS messaging from PhoneTap.ai.
    • Privacy: Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
